Household water treatment incoporate a simple, cost effectiveness way of treating cunsumarable water before it can be used in a household. That include among other, a range of using simple products to prevent bacteria or any germs that can contaminate water to be unsafe to drink.
Safe water storage is another way used to treat water from harmful contaminants. That entails, how and what to use for storing water.
Safe water chain begins from the source, transportation, storage and use. Household water treatment methods include SODIS, boiling, chlorination, & fltration. This treated water can get contaminated when sored in a dirty storage vessel, so it important to treat water and store in a lid tid vessel to prevent recontamination by external sources and the users.
